I facilitate real estate transactions across Long Island by serving as a proactive intermediary between both sellers and buyers. I specialize in residential sales, townhomes, condominiums, relocations, new construction, short sales, and first time home buyers and also have extensive experience working with international and relocation buyers.
Working consultatively with my clients, I strive to fully understand their requirements, terms, and price demands. I work diligently on behalf of my sellers to promote their properties and attract qualified buyers and I work to identify appropriate properties for my buyer clients. Additionally, I deliver negotiation expertise to ensure clients receive the best price possible and I expedite deals by “hand-holding” clients throughout the process, identifying/resolving potential barriers, managing expectations, and controlling the transaction. I closely manage the entire process, scheduling home tours, showings, and open houses.
For each of my properties, I develop a comprehensive, personalized marketing plan. I utilize virtual tours and professional photography to showcase each property and reach an expansive audience.
Forging relationships and acquiring listings is one of my specialties! I do so through a variety of techniques including referral generation, mailings, door-to-door sales, cold calling, print advertising/marketing, and social media marketing.
With extensive real estate experience and leadership qualities, I am skilled at collaborating with and mentoring other agents to expand office production and support each agent’s personal growth.
